As part of our on-going Healthy School initiatives, we are delighted to be able to offer all of our parents/carers free access to the Online Personal Health Management System (OPHMS).
The OPHMS is provided in partnership with Revitised Limited - and is a specialist web-based health management resource that offers you individually tailored support, information and guidance in all areas of your well-being.

• Ten minute wellness plans - updated monthly.
• An individually tailored training programme across 3 key areas of wellness.
• A personalised weight management and healthy eating programme. with information and advice in all areas of diet and nutrition.
• Achievable goals are set for you and your performance is monitored through monthly feedback and regular assessments.
